About The Bay Cove Behavioral Health & Wellness Center:

The Bay Cove Behavioral Health & Wellness Center is your partner in ensuring you have access to the behavioral healthcare you need. Our services are designed to provide immediate emergency crisis intervention, short term crisis stabilization, behavioral health urgent care, and treatment planning/referrals to community behavioral health services.

Mobile Crisis Team:

Our Mobile Crisis Team, currently dispatched out of our main office in Hyannis, and our satellite locations in Harwich and Wellfleet, will respond to the location of the behavioral health crisis, wherever that might be. (We are supported in these efforts by clinicians on the outer Cape from some of our partner organizations.) Once you (or someone else calling on your behalf) contact the hotline, we will be to your location in about an hour.

Urgent Care Center:

Just like an urgent care health center where you might seek help for a medical problem that can’t wait, but doesn’t require emergency care, the Bay Cove Urgent Care Center in Hyannis accepts walk-in appointments for your urgent behavioral health needs.

Peer Led Services:

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who knows what you are going through. Our Certified Peer Specialists have lived experience with mental health and substance use challenges, and they work to help others on their path to recovery from either or both of those challenges.

Substance Use Disorder Services:

If you, or someone you love, needs to enter a detoxification program for drugs and/or alcohol, we will connect you with local resources to contact for self-referral. Through our comprehensive network of partners across the Cape, we can help you develop a treatment plan to address the current crisis, and move you closer to a life in recovery.
